@Plusnet The refund issue was resolved. I have now renewed my contract with you guys. However the monthly amount I agreed with you and what it now shows on my online dashboard is different and higher. Can you please resolve this. Thanks
@Plusnet there was an issue with my last bill and the pro-rata discount wasn't taken off. i contacted through the forums and they refunded the mistake but not the correct amount. could you look at my dm to help resolve this matter. thanks

@Plusnet my contract ends on 16/10/2024. Is it possible to start my renewal at the start of the next month 01/11/2024? Would this make it cleaner with the billing and renewing in future?
@Plusnet my contract is due to end on 16/10/2024. I'm currently on unlimited fibre extra with a phone line included. I've received a renewal offer, but the 24 month offer is more expensive than the 18 month, why? Also how long before the phone line is withdrawn?
