@OtisElevatorCo We are staying in a 1800 flat New gated community in Hyd, India. We hv 70 OTIS lifts here and most of them are Malfunctioning. We have lift Free falls every week, but your agents just dont care. Didnt expect such low quality from such a reputed company. @nch1915
