@gssudharsan Hosur is still largely an industrial town which requires plots to be available for lower to mid income groups. Irony is HNTDA are selling plots in the range of 5000₹/sft. People who already bought plots are struggling to sell as there is a clear difference in the selling price.

@gssudharsan @gssudharsan well written. Hosur is riding on the promised dream. Realtors have reaped the benefits pointing out to STRR and proximity to Bengaluru. They raised the land prices many fold but in reality people living in hosur are too few who can afford it.

@TopDriverIndia It should be 8.5 to 9 I guess if you consider night time driving as well. That too post Covid I see more and more dangerous driving. Increased opposite side driving and road rage issues atleast in south Karnataka and TN.

@geekyranjit Yes it does, but the DND in Airtel is terrible. There is very less reduction in calls. VI was far better with DND feature
