@AskWorkspace@ChrisEClark 1/3 of the way through May. Still no update, and no way to actually contact anyone for an answer without paying to upgrade. All messaging is 'sign up by Jun 1' but nothing to sign up *for*. @elonmusk can you buy gmail next and fix this, too?
@downdetector How much is centurylink (@CenturyLinkHelp ) paying you guys to show "no problems at centurylink" on your site, when your own graph clearly shows reports are "above the baseline" ? (And have been for the better part of 48 hours!)
@Shopify@ShopifySupport Really? Changing the AUP with no warning, after companies have paid thousands to use your platform, just to make a political statement against selling things that are not illegal nor immoral? I think I know a company I don't want to do business with...
@Joshontrains Barring mechanical issues (which admittedly are hard to predict, but well maintained equipment that's designed for the purpose doesn't break down often) the schedule should be very predictable
@Joshontrains UTA *knows* the distance between every station. UTA *knows* the speed limit -mostly sets those speed limits, even! After that, it's simple math to figure out how long it will take a train to get between stations. UTA is completely in control of the published schedule (2)
@Joshontrains "see how it works" is a bad business model. If I made changes to production systems to "see how it works" I wouldn't have a job. People depend on public transportation and delayed trains can literally cost people their job. It's not rocket science... (1)
@androidcentral@ATT@twxcorp I guess mint wireless had another place they can't advertise. With net neutrality gone, I wonder if people on TWC internet will even be able to see those ads....
@RideUTA Again? why delay the on time train? The ppl on the train that's late are *already* late. For the most part, being 5 min late vs 10 min late, you've already missed your transfer. But going from 0 delay to 10 ... Now you have *TWO* trains of people missing connections
@MrEdCV@RideUTA What I've not understood about the situation is why they couldn't do the 5th grade math to figure out how long it will take a train to go from A to B at a given speed. I get mechanical problems can't always be predicted, but the schedule is 100% within the control of UTA.
