Meet Michigan dad Ray Lucas who ran into a fully burning house and carried his 18-month-old twin daughters out against his chest.
He walked out with third-degree burns.
They walked out alive.

This young boy is called Keith. He is among the kids that died in the accident of King David Junior school. When another parent was looking for the dead body of their child in the mortuary of Mbale hospital, he saw this boy Keith moving his fingers while laying in the mortuary. He ran and called the doctors that the boy was still alive. That’s how he survived
We have also identified another selfless hero Mr. Kapsindet George Ruben,a local mechanic in Kapchorwa who mobilized his wife and others to provide Lesos and bed sheets to help the kids in the cold.
His compassion and willingness to serve in a moment of crisis remind us that true heroes are often ordinary people doing extraordinary things.
We celebrate you,Mr. Ruben. 👏❤️
A heart of Gold, this lady a street vendor in kapchorwa put aside her hustle with others and filled in the gap of the parents of King David Junior school who were far after their kids got involved in the tragic bus accident in kapchorwa.
Such kind of mother's should be celebrated,
To all our great caring mothers we celebrate you.
A very devastating loss! To the parents, teachers, and friends: our hearts are shattered with you. May God hold you in this pain.

@PoliceUg yoooo… Napoleone here.
So… when did Spare Tyres become a problem for you?
I get a flat tyre at Former Nakumat and replace with a spare tyre. As I drive out of ‘Nakumat’, a very angry-looking female Traffic officer stops me and points at the spare tyre and asks for my driving permit, which I give her. She then points at the spare tyre and asks why I am using it, which, despite finding the question ridiculous, I explain that I just took out a flat tyre and I have it in the boot.
She then alleges that my insurance is expired (I think she was hoping to scare me) and I show her the insurance document I have on my phone, which shows I have a whole 6 months valid on insurance.
Unable to find any reasonable fault with the car, she points at a very small crack at the edge of the windshield, which had been ‘stopped’ by glass repair mechanics long ago.
I overhear her and the male colleague ‘arguing,” and the colleague saying, “Ah, just let that one go,”
The female officer clearly looked angry at whatever and hungry, to be honest.
And she was writing down number plates on a small book (as if to give accountability for the cars she has “worked on”).
I know this is just 60k, but my question is, when I get a flat tyre, should I carry the car on my head to avoid being charged for using a spare tyre? Why then should our cars have spare tyres?
