@DrAGreenland@HeightOptimized The original post is most definitely written to promote Gatorade as a “magic” drink for muscle growth. Appreciate this comment.
i was at a party / happy hour last night & the more you go to these the more you realize holy shit that most people are straight up terrible at conversation now.
the art’s gone. a real convo is supposed to feel like a clean volley, back & forth, but it falls apart when the other side doesn’t even know how to swing.
this is why a true connection is rare af still. cuz in the end the only that matters is a good thought partner. this is a giant data point on how fucked we truly are in so many ways.
At @pipedream_labs , we're building the internet for atoms.
Not as a concept, but as a real, citywide network starting this year. Our goal is to help make 15 min delivery possible for everything & everyone.
Here's what we've been up to this last year to make this happen:
🗝️ Unlock hip mobility and strength with these 3 exercises:
1️⃣ Hip Shift: Perfect for beginners or those tight in the hips. Start on the ground using assistance to ease into the movement, helping to activate and balance the muscles around your hips.
2️⃣ Split Squat: Ideal for stretching the hip flexors. For those just starting or feeling particularly tight, substitute with the couch stretch to gradually increase your flexibility.
3️⃣ Single Leg RDL: Targets the hamstrings and outer hips. If tightness is an issue, begin with elephant walks to gently prepare your body for more intensive stretching.

When my career was at an all time high and I had the number one song in the world, my mom called me and said:
“Dad has a tumor in his head the size of a tangerine. They’re going to take it out tomorrow morning. You need to come home.”
I immediately took the next plane back home to Detroit.
10 months later, my father died.
My friend, Avicii, killed himself.
My peer, Mac Miller, died of an overdose.
Soon after, a childhood friend of mine, Ronnie, died.
I finally looked in the mirror and said to myself, “Hey man! You’re going to die”.
When I came face-to-face with my mortality I realized something that changed me. I realized that I had spent my life waiting for the right time to truly come alive.
It's as if I was preparing for this special moment in the future where everything would just click and I’d really show up, really give it my all, really be the FULL ME.
I realized that now is the time. It's the only time we have.
Don’t keep waiting to live your life until the right time. It will never come.
Start now and KEEP GOING!
A lot of you are struggling with serious mental health challenges.
Consistent, high-quality sleep is among the most powerful and effective remedies available to you.
Form these habits and help your friends and family do the same:
1. Reframe your identity: you are a professional sleeper. Take sleep as seriously as anything else in life.
2. Eat your final meal of the day at least two hours before bed. Experiment moving it back to 3, 4, 5, and 6 hours before bed. Measure your resting heart rate. You may see a significant improvement of sleep quality by eating your final of the day earlier.
3. Have a 30-60 minute evening wind down routine. Turn off all screens. Read a book. Do breath work. Hang with a friend. Go for a walk. Meditate. Calm your mind and body and prepare for sleep.
4. Set your bedtime and then be consistent +/- 30 minutes. The body loves consistency and will work on your behalf if you settle into rhythms.
5. In the evening, turn off screens and bright light. Use warm light (red, yellow, and amber). Red light is bet.
Sleep is the most powerful habit you create.

@RufusDuSol’s burning man set might be the one of the greatest things I’ve ever heard. It’s unbelievable.
