@monicabeharding They also now estimate your bills for 7 months period but ask you to pay over 6 months (so clearly wanting you to overpay so you are in credit and they get more money). I complained and it has been endless loop without resolution, total disgrace.

“Great” example of how NOT to do customer comms on price changes is @thameswater sending email about price increases starting in April without any mention of what those increases are, giving a link to multiple pdfs. @Ofwat is this level of “transparency” acceptable?
