@8x8 Just seeing this. @8x8 has an unreasonable term in its contract of adhesion that automatically renews for 12 months. After a year of HORRIBLE quality I wanted to leave. But NO. I’d have to pay you 12 months termination. For a $30 month service? Awful.

Hey @UniqloUSA I returned two coats I bought online using a return label I paid you for. Dropped package at USPS, confirmed it was right place. 3 weeks later no credit AND no tracking info on your label. Have tried to resolve but no response from CS
