With an offensive HC it lends stability to the offense year over year, and if you want to maximize your 2-time MVP QB, seems like that would be a better bet.

@CoopsFB The Dream of Eagles series by Jack Whyte has some of that, it's a historical fiction series based on the King Arthur tale, where Merlin is a master military tactician. If you also are interested in England during the fall of the Roman Empire, I'd highly recommend it.
