@JulieChangRE While the thin-gauge metal panel diminishes the overall look, the way FFF massed their building and the way they designed the restaraunt and courtyard is good. It’s also a rental product, not for sale. The TJ project looks cool for sure, but presumably it’s a condo?

@Maribo17 @YIMBYDemsSD No one is really doing comprehensive reporting across all of the electeds to choose from. VOSD usually has good info, DSASD cover some but not all issues, even the UT may have something worthwhile - but you’ll have to dig for things like judges races or school board

@ob_cycler @thmsonline It’s an oversimplification to say that amenities are the reason those projects were delayed. I didn’t realize Gallagher was delayed (it’s also a POPS, not a public park) but the other two projects had other complex challenges
