@CenterParcsUK Opted for a full refund on our treehouse but have still been charged the cancellation fee which I don’t think is fair as we would not of cancelled.

@DFS tried to rebook my delivery that..had to chase 6x today. Not available for the slot they have... delivery should be accommodating to NHS worker that sat at home for 3 hours yesterday with no updates!! To be told the delivery was failed due to a flood that didn’t happen!
