Could running in the dark be the secret to hitting a faster pace?

[natalie fae smit @natzfae]

@runnersworld Running in the dark is amazing. I joined a trail running group last year and the winter night runs where the best. I feel free and run much faster... conquering routes with far more ease. Of course I tripped loads more, but it really is a great feeling running in the dark
