I am using my Flipkart account with mobile number 809xxxxxxx and with gmail account [email protected] that i have been placing orders and using this account
On DEC 4th, i identified my Flipkart account got hacked

Now I am mentally tensed to pay this BANK Loan EMI's as i am unemployed and the first EMI is to pay on JAN 5th (last date) that i have to suffer the consecutive late pay fees and eventually it will effect my CIBIL Score @Flipkart @flipkartsupport @_Kalyan_K @cybercrime

3. i have never received any messages for Order placed and Order Delivered on DEC 5th, It is mentioned in Flipkart Terms&Conditions that we will get the OTP confirmation for the amount for order placed

when i try to login to my Flipkart account on Dec 4th it popped up the message "Your account is inactive, please contact customer support to reactivate"

somehow orders were placed without my knowledge with my Flipkart pay later service
Order 1 : APPLE IPhone 12(Blue, 256GB) mobile phone with Order ID : OD226703515869769000 worth Rs: 60,528/-
Order 2 : REALME Watch 3-1.8 inch with Order ID : OD226703550134760000 worth Rs: 3,499/-

@flipkartsupport Before order and before delivery i didn't get any OTP from your side, after changing My primary mobile number and e-mail, you need to ask E-kyc for changing mobile number and e-mail, how can they use, How can give permission to access my Flipkart paylater???

Someone has hacked my flipkart account and placing orders. #flipkart @Flipkart @flipkartsupport please look into the matter immediately. It's very unfortunate that there is security breach in your app. Without my knowledge and without OTP placed orders.

I raised complaint on orders but @flipkartsupport team didn't give any response, without OTP how can they placed orders from Flipkart paylater. They delivered with in a day, @Flipkart @police
