There’s a lot of hand-wringing in Africa circles that @POTUS and @StateDept aren't devoting the time or attention to detail that they should to Africa.

I take that as an opportunity and invitation to give them something to care about. And to ensure it fits within the high-level strategic framework they've provided.

Critical minerals. Energy. Infrastructure. Market-driven, ROI-based, economically feasible.
