"THE US THINKS REVOLUTIONARIES ARE TERRORISTS"
On 14 January 2025, outgoing US president Joe Biden announced that he would remove Cuba from the State Sponsors of Terrorism list. On 21 January, just one week later, newly inaugurated president Donald Trump reversed the decision, adding Cuba back to the list. But why was Cuba ever considered a sponsor of terrorism in the first place?
According to the US State Department’s website, "Cuba was designated as a State Sponsor of Terrorism in 1982 because of its long history of providing advice, safe haven, communications, training and financial support to guerrilla groups and individual terrorists." But who were these terrorists that Cuba was helping? Well, it turns out they were revolutionary anti-colonial freedom fighters from Latin America and Africa.
Beginning in 1975, Cuba sent soldiers to Angola to assist the revolutionary Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA) in its fight against apartheid South African forces and CIA-backed death squads. 10,000 Cubans are reported to have died fighting to liberate Angola from neo-colonial, pro-apartheid forces. Cuba's intervention in Angola was so significant that it brought the apartheid system to its knees.
Cuban revolutionaries also fought for Africa's freedom in the Congo, where they backed pro-Lumumba forces in their battle against CIA-installed Mobutu Sese Seko. Cubans contributed to the liberation of Guinea-Bissau and Cape Verde, fighting alongside the great pan-African, Amílcar Cabral.
Cuba fought for Africa, and Cuba has paid a price.
When the United States talks about a history of "Cuban support for terrorism," what they are actually saying is that our African freedom fighters - from Agostinho Neto and the MPLA, to Amílcar Cabral and the PAIGC - are terrorists. This is not just an insult to Cuba, it's a major insult to us!
Africans must stand unequivocally with Cubans as they face economic attack due to their solidarity with our people.

🔥 A Call to Defiance: No Compromise, No Surrender – The Battle for Ambazonia Intensifies! 🔥
The Vice President of the Ambazonia Governing Council, in this defiant video, lays out the Four Pillars of the Ambazonia Revolution and issues a powerful call to action.
He urges all Ambazonians to respect Kontry Sunday as a means of continuous civil disobedience and calls on everyone to stay home on February 10th in protest against Cameroun in Ambazonia. He warns against participating in Cameroon’s so-called "Youth Day" on February 11th, denouncing it as a sham.
Additionally, he calls for a nationwide stay-at-home protest on February 10th to honor Dr. Cho Ayaba, as this marks the final day of his extended four-week detention, as well as to remember other leaders who remain incarcerated.
Furthermore, he urges all Ambazonians to recognize February 11th as Heroes’ Day under the theme: "Honoring E.N. Endeley and Mola Njo Litumbe Day."
He also issues a stern warning to the Chiefs and Fons of Ambazonia for desecrating our traditions by aligning with the monster that kills and destroys their people and homes. He makes it clear that there will be consequences for their actions.
This is a time for unity, resilience, and unwavering commitment to the Ambazonian cause! ✊🏾🔥
Join us in demanding the release of Dr Cho Ayaba @ChoAyaba . Stand against tyranny.

Norway at a Crossroads: Will Justice Prevail on January 14th?
Dr. Cho Ayaba, a resolute patriot and leader, continues to embody the indomitable spirit of Ambazonia’s fight for freedom. His tireless efforts to expose the atrocities committed by Cameroon’s regime against the people of Southern Cameroons have made him a target of systemic persecution. Yet, despite the threats and hardships, Dr. Ayaba remains steadfast in his quest for justice and the liberation of his homeland.
Since his arrest, the silence from the international community has been deafening. Meanwhile, Cameroon has intensified its campaign of terror, embarking on a killing spree that spares neither the young nor the old. The prolonged detention of Dr. Ayaba only emboldens Cameroon’s tyranny, serving as a reminder of the cost of indifference. Despite these injustices, Dr. Ayaba’s resolve remains unshaken—a testament to over 32 years of unwavering patriotism that began during his university days. His commitment to freedom and human rights has always been evident, from his activism as a student to his leadership in the struggle for Ambazonia.
His detention in Norway marks a travesty of justice, raising uncomfortable questions about the motivation behind such actions. The reports from international human rights organizations documenting Cameroon’s systematic violations—killings, torture, and displacement—should compel action, not hesitation. And yet, here we are, witnessing the detention of a man whose only crime is advocating for his people’s right to self-determination.
The journey of Dr. Ayaba’s detention is a reflection of the global imbalance in the fight for human rights. Arrested and detained without clear justification, his case symbolizes the plight of many Ambazonians who have suffered under Cameroon’s oppressive regime. It is a stark reminder that the world’s inaction enables such abuses to continue unchecked.
Norway, a nation that prides itself on championing human rights, now finds itself at a crossroads. The world is watching and waiting to see what will unfold on January 14th, the end of Dr. Ayaba’s eight-week extended detention. Will Norway uphold its principles and release him, or will it succumb to pressures that betray its commitments to justice and the rule of law?
To activists who still believe in justice: now is the time to speak out. Call upon Norway to release Dr. Cho Ayaba and to affirm its stance on human rights and dignity. Let us ensure that the ideals of freedom and justice prevail, for Ambazonia and for all oppressed peoples.
Join us in demanding his release. Stand against the tyranny that seeks to silence voices for freedom. Stand for justice. Stand for Dr. Ayaba.

Cameroon’s Military Caught on Camera Committing Atrocities in Ambazonia
Today, undeniable evidence surfaced exposing the **Cameroon military’s elite unit, the BIR**, firing live bullets at unarmed civilians in Ambazonia communities. In this shocking footage, civilians, including women and children, can be seen fleeing into the mountains to escape indiscriminate gunfire. This horrifying act is yet another addition to Cameroon’s long list of war crimes and genocidal actions against the people of Ambazonia.
This atrocity comes as no surprise to those familiar with Cameroon’s brutal tactics. In 2020, the **BBC caught Cameroonian soldiers on camera setting schools and communities ablaze** and embarking on killing sprees. These deliberate actions are designed to terrorize and eradicate Ambazonian identity, leaving thousands dead and millions displaced.
A Systematic Campaign of Genocide**
Cameroon’s war against Ambazonia is not just a conflict—it is genocide. Over **3.000 villages have been destroyed**, with tens of thousands of civilians killed and millions forced into exile. The footage of today’s atrocity confirms what Ambazonians have been crying out for years: the **Cameroon military is committing war crimes in plain sight, shielded by impunity and silence from the international community.**
We Demand Accountability**
To the **United Nations (@UN, @antonioguterres, @UNHumanRights)**: How much more evidence is needed before action is taken to stop Cameroon’s crimes? Your silence is deafening, and it emboldens tyrants.
To the **African Union (@AUC_MoussaFaki, @AUC_PAPS)**: Why does Africa’s leadership remain silent while Cameroon commits atrocities against its own people?
To the **Commonwealth of Nations (@commonwealthsec)**: How can Cameroon, a member state, continue its membership while carrying out genocide against Ambazonians?
To **Norway (@NorwayMFA, @AHuitfeldt, @EspenBarthEide)**: Your collaboration with Cameroon to target Ambazonian leaders is a betrayal of justice. How do you justify ignoring Cameroon’s war crimes while targeting those seeking peace?
A Call for Immediate Action
The international community can no longer remain silent. We demand:
- **A full investigation into today’s atrocities and Cameroon’s systematic war crimes in Ambazonia.**
- **Immediate sanctions on the Cameroonian government and military officials responsible for these crimes.**
- **Protection and humanitarian aid for Ambazonian civilians fleeing violence.**
**Cameroon’s military has been caught on camera committing atrocities. This footage is undeniable proof of its genocidal campaign against Ambazonians.** To ignore these crimes is to side with the oppressor.
**#StopCameroonGenocide #JusticeForAmbazonia #CameroonWarCrimes #HoldCameroonAccountable**
The time for action is now. Lives depend on it.
Join us in demanding his release. Stand against the tyranny that seeks to silence voices for freedom. Stand for justice. Stand for Dr. Ayaba.

**A Call for Global and African Leaders to Intervene in Cameroon’s Crisis Before It’s Too Late**
It is with a sense of urgency that we call upon the global community, particularly nations like Rwanda, who have borne the scars of genocide, to take a stand in the ongoing crisis unfolding in Cameroon. Yesterday, the Cameroonian military lured a group of young bike riders into an isolated area and brutally murdered them in cold blood. This tragedy is just one of countless atrocities committed with impunity. Yet, the world remains disturbingly silent, as innocent lives are extinguished under the watch of the international community.
Dr. Cho Ayaba, the only leader relentlessly defending these young people and amplifying their cries for justice on the global stage, was unjustly arrested by the Norwegian authorities. This act is a direct attempt to silence the truth and suppress the voices of those fighting for justice and freedom. The Cameroonian regime, emboldened by this silence, continues to hunt down, exile, and arrest anyone who dares to speak out against its brutality. This silence from the world’s leaders, the United Nations, and institutions tasked with safeguarding human rights, is no longer acceptable.
African leaders, who know all too well the horrors of unchecked violence and genocide, must rise. Why is the crisis in Ukraine and Palestine garnering so much attention and resources, while the slaughter of our own people in Cameroon is ignored? How can we justify turning a blind eye to the systematic killings happening within our own continent? Africa must not stand idle while another genocide brews on its soil. We cannot afford the luxury of selective compassion. If Africa is to truly rise, it must first protect its own.
This is not a political issue; it is a human issue. The leaders of Africa and the world must choose humanity over political interests. Lives are being lost, and it is the moral and legal responsibility of every nation, every leader, and every international body to intervene before this becomes another blot of genocide in our history.
We call on leaders like Rwanda's, who know the cost of inaction, to speak out. We urge the United Nations, the African Union, and the international community to hold Cameroon accountable. It is time to prevent another genocide. It is time to stand for justice, to stand for human life, and to reject silence in the face of atrocity. The world must wake up. The leaders of Africa must wake up. The time to act is now.
Your Freedom is in your hands- Dr Cho Ayaba speaks!

Cameroon must cease its pretense and stop employing the victimhood narrative to obscure its widespread violations and atrocities in Ambazonia. The evidence of these crimes is undeniable and available for the world to witness.
Key international figures and institutions that should have condemned the grave human rights abuses and massacres in Ambazonia, calling for accountability, have been silenced through strategic bribery and material inducements. Those who visited Cameroon to assess the crisis have failed to make public statements upon their return. World leaders remain silent on the ongoing genocide in Ambazonia, their voices muted by gifts of gold worth millions of dollars from the Cameroonian government.
The international community has effectively abandoned us, leaving us to the mercy of a regime that recognizes no principles of justice or human dignity, resorting solely to violence and repression. The global institutions and leaders, entrusted with the duty to protect the vulnerable, have been compromised, hence their complicit silence in the face of systematic killings and gross violations of human rights by the Cameroonian government.
This is why Dr. Cho Ayaba @ChoAyaba fights—against the international community's deafening silence, the conspiracy of inaction, and their failure to invoke the Responsibility to Protect (R2P) doctrine in the case of Ambazonia, just as they have failed in Myanmar. The international community’s dereliction of its duty to prevent mass atrocities has left us no choice but to defend ourselves against the threat of total extermination at the hands of the Cameroonian state.
This is why we resist. This is why Dr. Ayaba fights
