@olorininir@EllliotttB By that logic a home that produces rent isn’t a ponzi, but one that is lived in is? All homes produce rent - primary residence is just less obvious because the rent produced is the cost of shelter you no longer have to pay for. The capital is producing value every month
@olorininir@EllliotttB If wages represented the only economic production, return on capital (equities, real estate, commodities) would never outpace wage growth. Or is every asset class just a ponzi being propped up by wages that grow slower?
@nateberkopec@bitbased You’re going to get vastly different recommendations coming out of a sub agent that you ask to act as a UX designer vs one you ask to serve as programmatic SEO expert. It’s really not that deep
@Nugennath my favorite startup cfo got in front of the company once and pitched a plan of "we can double revenue by doubling our price" and boy oh boy were people excited
@arakharazian@pitdesi I guess sharing this stuff publicly is okay, but ensure employees know that it’s considered insider info if the take action on analysis they perform. Landmark case ten years ago with capital one associates using insider info on consumer spend to trade. They got convicted.
