Even if only motivated by economic reasons, governments should fund clean air in all schools.

The way this works where I live is that schools and daycares in affluent areas get air cleaners (usually donated by wealthy parents), while those in poorer areas do not.

Also once infected, the course and outcome of the disease are dose dependent.
Ventilating, air cleaning, facemasks are lowering the dose.

If you're encountering a covid variant that will evade your immunity, the basic equation is this:

The more covid-infected-air that you inhale, the harder your body will have to work to defeat it.

So do everything you can to reduce the length of time you're inhaling that infected air for, and reduce the quantity of infected air.

Use:
Quality masks
Short meetings and smaller groups
Ventilation
HEPA filters
Isolation
Testing
Meet outdoors

Seriously, do everything you reasonably can to avoid catching it, and do everything you can to avoid giving it to anyone you love.
