Really fed up with @makemytrip. Even as an MMT Black member, I was overcharged 4.2k by the Holiday Packages team while the SAME hotels/dates are cheaper on the MMT app. How can one brand cheat its own loyal users? This is unacceptable. @makemytripcare

@airvistara travelling from Goa to Dubai. Luggage missing and arrival counter mentioned it will take 1 day to arrive. What you expect from customer to wait for 1 day to get their stuff. @airvistara mentioned it is from Indigo flight which doesn't even exist ! NOT Acceptable

#harassed @airvistara was put on hold just because i was travelling in Eco class( #Airport #Bengaluru) Waited for 50 mins in Bag drop just for the reason Prem. was their priority customer. Only thing I did wrong was asking them to manage the queue for premium instead of Eco class
