@BritishGasHelp can you help as so far your web chat team or your customer services have failed to help my brother in law. You correct his meter reading as back in February another tenant in his flat block was moving away from BG and gave his meter with their reading incorrect.
So his account is now in debit because of the high reading. All he has had is broken promises that it will be corrected. None of your agents actually understood the issue. Its causing him a lot of stress. (He's not on X so asked me for help to connect you.)
@forduk@Ford After 36 years of being a Ford owner, i'm now going to a different brand. This is because Ford does not listen to their consumers and does not have anything that comes close to the Ford Edge in the UK (the best car I've ever had). Please bring the Everest to the UK.
@GigglingSquid 1st time at your restaurant in Berkhampstead for surprise dinner for my wife's birthday, but surprise was ruined by the phone call confirmation. Then, we were seated in such a noisy area that we couldn't hear ourselves speak. Shame as the food was really good.
@forduk Are there any plans to bring the Ford Everest to the UK (as you do RHD versions in Australia). With the loss of the Ford Edge (best car ever) and now the AWD Kuga in the UK, there is no AWD SUV that can tow large trailers/caravans upto 2000kg.

@WeAreOpenreach Blocked in 3 times, did need to get the car out yesterday but no chance until they finished (wasn't expecting them back yesterday and did not see them until it was to late). Is it to much for them to knock and check before they start work.
@WeAreOpenreach Your contractors decided to dig a hole in front on the house and couldn't be bothered to even knock and check that the drive would be inaccessible. Now worried that again, the make good process will be as bad as it was last time. Not happy.
