Arc Testnet is getting another upgrade.

Version v0.8.0 (Zero8) goes live on September 3 at 3:00 PM UTC.

The update focuses on improving protocol correctness and making the Arc Public Testnet more reliable for continued building and testing.

If you're running an Arc testnet node, make sure to upgrade before the activation time to avoid your node getting out of sync.
