No, you are completely wrong in almost every aspect of what you have posted.
1. It has always been the correct interpretation in discrimination law that the terms ‘woman’ and ‘sex’ refer to material biological reality. The SC judgment makes it perfectly plain that this is an unbroken legal chain dating back to the very first sex discrimination legislation.
2. The purpose of the SC in this case was to rule on the fact that from the moment the Equality Act 2010 was passed the relevant terms relate to biology.
3. The reason why you and other commentators are mistakenly interpreting this decision as a change in the law with regard to trans rights is because you and many institutions have been lied to by activists about what the law has always been (notably by Stonewall and other activists groups) and you have all been only too happy to prioritise the demands for privileges from, in particular, men over the needs of women for privacy, dignity, respect, comfort, safety, fairness etc.
4. Men who identify as women have never had the ‘right’ to be considered as women within the meaning of the Equality Act and anyone who tells you otherwise is just wrong and has been misinterpreting the relationship between the GRA and the EA, often deliberately so.
5. Indeed, Harriet Harman is still getting the law wrong even after today’s judgment by wrongly claiming that excluding men who identify as women from female spaces needs some special, extra form of test to show that it is ‘necessary’ or ‘proportionate’.
6. In fact, once it is established that a single-sex female facility or space is deemed appropriate then it is, and always has been, lawful to exclude all men from those spaces irrespective of how they identify or whether they have a GRC. This is because for all matters covered by the EA, a man who identifies as a woman, ‘certificated’ or otherwise, is a man and can be excluded in exactly the same way as any other man. This decision is particular important as a safeguard for lesbians and their ability to meet and congregate without the predatory intentions of straight men masquerading as lesbians in a repulsive expression of corrective rape culture.
7. The decision has zero impact on the rights of trans people to the protection from discrimination and harassment that is afforded to them under the Equality Act be reason of the protected characteristic of gender reassignment and it is disingenuous scaremongering to suggest otherwise as you do here.
8. As you will see, no doubt, from other replies here, it is absolutely not the case that everyone agrees that a trans identified male is not biologically female. many claim that they are, in fact, biologically female whilst some recognise that they are not. India Willoughby even makes the absurd claim that he is female, has a cervix and is ‘more of a woman than JK Rowling’.
9. The issue about ‘gendered identities’ also requires further consideration. ‘Gender identity’ is a faith based, social science construct with no material basis. It is an entirely subjective notion with no objective parameters. The reason we know this is because there isn’t a person on the planet who can produce, for example, a comprehensive list of the objectively observable criteria - the traits, behaviours, characteristics and attributes - that make up ‘woman gender identity’. By all means make the attempt at completing this task yourself, but make sure it is truly comprehensive and fully explains what, exactly, it is that can make a man a woman.
10. Only female adults can be women and it is an absurd distortion of reality to claim otherwise. We know this because there is no other definition of women other than ‘adult female human’ that is not either circular/self-referential or derived entirely from regressive sexist stereotypes. You could have a go at that conundrum too if you like.
Womanhood is not a feeling or a costume that a man can cloak himself in however much his heart, his head or his euphoria boner tells him to the contrary.

Only kidding. Obviously, the people mentioned in the above tweets aren't women at all, but men, every last one of them.
In passing the Scottish Hate Crime Act, Scottish lawmakers seem to have placed higher value on the feelings of men performing their idea of femaleness, however misogynistically or opportunistically, than on the rights and freedoms of actual women and girls. The new legislation is wide open to abuse by activists who wish to silence those of us speaking out about the dangers of eliminating women's and girls’ single-sex spaces, the nonsense made of crime data if violent and sexual assaults committed by men are recorded as female crimes, the grotesque unfairness of allowing males to compete in female sports, the injustice of women’s jobs, honours and opportunities being taken by trans-identified men, and the reality and immutability of biological sex.
For several years now, Scottish women have been pressured by their government and members of the police force to deny the evidence of their eyes and ears, repudiate biological facts and embrace a neo-religious concept of gender that is unprovable and untestable. The re-definition of 'woman' to include every man who declares himself one has already had serious consequences for women's and girls’ rights and safety in Scotland, with the strongest impact felt, as ever, by the most vulnerable, including female prisoners and rape survivors.
It is impossible to accurately describe or tackle the reality of violence and sexual violence committed against women and girls, or address the current assault on women’s and girls’ rights, unless we are allowed to call a man a man. Freedom of speech and belief are at an end in Scotland if the accurate description of biological sex is deemed criminal.
I'm currently out of the country, but if what I've written here qualifies as an offence under the terms of the new act, I look forward to being arrested when I return to the birthplace of the Scottish Enlightenment.

All rise for the female penis?
The 'Isla' Bryson story revealed a fact the trans lobby preferred to keep carefully tucked away: the overwhelming majority of trans women keep their ...best friend.
