@ATTHelp@NatalieJumper I tried this @ATTHelp and it says I’m connected, but I still can’t call out (not even to 611) nor can I receive voice calls. Texts and data services are fine. Please check posts. It’s a major outage.
@AJMadison It’s impossible to get through customer service. I’ve tried to contact CS via email, chat, and phone with no luck. Your company charged us an additional $3K without approval. This is unacceptable.

@Avis Disappointed with customer service. Chat unavailable and waited on hold for 1.5hrs and couldn’t get a hold of an agent. Please improve and make it easier for customers to connect.
@Delta Another delayed flight. My rental with @Avis will likely be unavailable by the time I arrive at 1:30 am. I can almost guarantee that there will be no @Uber or @lyft drivers when I arrive in Dayton.
