@qatarairways denied my refund saying it’s not a “terminal illness.”
I paid $5,300 for a Business Class ticket, this policy feels so unfair. Please show compassion

So @qatarairways only grants refunds if a person has a terminal illness?
That means someone basically has to be dying to qualify for compassion.
Even then, they wouldn’t live to enjoy their money. That policy is incredibly cruel.

As a nurse, I find it heartbreaking that @qatarairways only shows compassion when a passenger is terminally ill.
People recovering from major surgery shouldn’t have to lose $5,300 for following their doctor’s orders.
