@DVLAgovuk how often do you update the Driving License check feature? Is it real time? I'm still awaiting a medical update (which no SLAs are used) and wonder if it's pointless checking more than once a day..

Just wondering who manages @virginmedia call centres, try talking to one after 12+hrs of trying to rectify an incorrectly charged early disconnection fee for my parents... In a meeting or just not there. I think they may not exist as I've been promised a callback 3 times now 🤷

@virginmedia It was a failing in your process to incorrectly terminate services at the correct time. My parents shouldnt be penalised for that error

@virginmedia I gave 30 days notice in early October, they were disconnected 2 weeks early, it took 4 days to reinstate, then it was supposed to terminate on 6/11, it did not. I tried again for 3 days to switch off, it was and they have been charged due to not giving 30 days notice...

@virginmedia Bills, retention and disconnection teams...all 3! No it is not a complaint yet as it is an issue since September which has gone wrong on many levels. I have it written but just when I think it's time to submit, something else goes wrong
