With just a fiducial mass of 3.5kg of Xe-136 in the NEXT-White detector we report a measurement of the two neutrino double beta decay half-life using a novel direct background subtraction technique.

@ManoloNocturno@JuanJoseGomezC1 Sí! Son SiPMs (Silicon PhotoMultipliers), unos pequeños sensores que irán colocados en el Tracking Plane de NEXT-100 y nos ayudarán a ver la traza de los eventos que ocurran dentro del detector.
