Kinda hard to express this succinctly using normal human-speak, so I’ll do so with a math-y approach:
If computer A controls computer B, and A has a set of projects ‘X,’ have A be able to spin up chats on B in X such that chats are linked to their corresponding projects (and B chats are visible on A in their respective linked projects)
@thsottiaux If a computer B is added to be controlled by computer A, have the chats in A update so that they can instantly see B and begin controlling B as needed.
Right now I have to spin up a new chat from A in order for it to see B after adding B.
We’re sorry to see that OpenAI put out a note saying they plan to block Cursor users from accessing OpenAI models in three months.
OpenAI models serve about 5% of Cursor user traffic, and we’re speaking with the OpenAI team to resolve this.
Cursor was one of the very first users of OpenAI, we’ve worked closely with their team for years, and we’ve trusted their platform to be neutral infrastructure for our business.
That’s actually crazy - I thought I was the only one! GP is so underrated, and it’s definitely the album I go back to the most. I agree it’s not their “best” though
TMS and NLDW are probably tied for best imo. And possibly TPTB.
(side: thanks for your time man, i love your content 🔥)
@karpathy@chrisparkX +1 on this exact sentiment! I also have a (mainly) read-only app I’m looking to build, but it’s far too expensive to implement with the current pricing. @chrisparkX
Marketing is a creative and adversarial game. Channels get discovered, exploited, and discarded. New products need new distribution.
It’s hard to hire rule-breakers, so the best marketers tend to be the founders themselves.
