@POferriesupdate Hi Anna, my son was caught in the coach chaos last Friday evening, eventually leaving Sat am. They’re due to travel back on a Calais > Dover ferry on Sat am this week. Was there any hassle for coaches from Calais to Dover last week? Are you expecting any this week on this route?

@easyJet Poor experience at Paphos, caging customers for 60+ mins in outside holding pen, 30+’C, no toilets, no water, not enough seats for all - taking low cost, low care to a new low. Inhumane treatment.

@easyjet Now boarded and sat in seat for further time whilst a routine engine test takes place. Not even water offered to anyone
Really poor, customer experience. Ground staff blaming EasyJet saying “this is all EasyJet pay the airport for” LCC shouldn’t mean low care carrier

@timloughton So disappointed in WSCC. I will not vote for them again and this response from our MP leaves me feeling betrayed & ignored. If it is replaced by a bid, leave the lane as it is until the replacement is ready otherwise it’s just predictably more hot air that can’t be believed.
