@blublubluberri That is bad for the business so gives the wrong signal to employees. And no one will dare speak up of the persons lack of skill - that toxic. It also exposes the company to risk if the person says they felt coerced because of the power the person wielded.

Her husband, Andrew, is the CEO of Privateer Rum, a company Kristin sits on the board of. This information was found on her now-deleted LinkedIn account.
Andrew and Kristin recently purchased a $2.2 million residence in New England just a few miles away from the Atlantic shore.
A recent ad for the U.S.-based rum company stated, “Privateer advocates transparency, honesty and purity.”
