AudioEye’s attorneys sent me a Cease & Desist letter (and a follow-up).
I have posted it along with my response:

TL;DR: I deleted three tweets, considering I am a self-employed independent consultant, not a multi-million dollar start-up.
As a web developer this is one of the happiest announcements in a while: Google Search ended support for IE11 in its main product 🎉 (you can still search but will get a fallback experience). I'm mostly posting this so you can send it to your boss 😛. We did the Math. It is time.
@ArtAllAround1@keithbundy@tahlenius No disagreement there. It absolutely is a necessary part of podcasts. I believed the team was working on setting these up. I will check in on the status because it’s important for all users to have access.
A lot of organizations get fooled into thinking that they are providing the right accessible experience. Our host, @tahlenius is joined by two experts in the digital accessibility field — @keithbundy and @ngoodrum.
💡Have you ever wondered why the WCAG colour contrast ratio doesn't always seem to work?💡
Well it actually has to do with how we calculate colour contrast and is super interesting.

The results of WebAIM’s 9th Screen Reader User Survey are now available - https://t.co/WguzCj1ElR
JAWS is once again the most commonly used screen reader. Chrome browser exceeds 50% usage, with Edge outpacing Firefox. iOS usage up to 72%.
MUCH more in the results article.
It is always amazing how many voices chime out and share their knowledge for Global #Accessibility Awareness Day #GAAD . Time to join the ranks to present what I know as well in just a couple of hours. Hoping to help give some ideas to the banking space. https://t.co/qn8WsmLpqY
I see responses saying <datalist> is not accessible:
https://t.co/NBlmll0IXm
In my own testing (2019) it generally preformed well. Basic screen reader videos here: https://t.co/zwtuwT24oL
Firefox on Android seems to be the hold-out on support.
Anyone have a11y notes handy?
My take on last week's US Appeals Court Opinion in the Winn-Dixie web accessibility case: https://t.co/dY2zqiAGAy Bottom line? A very limited opinion by a very conservative judge that applies to #ADA cases in only 3 states. As always, feedback welcomed. #Disability#a11y#webdev
Making accessible sortable table columns is not that complex, despite what this 3,150 word count post suggests:

Bear with me as I try to lay it out in tweets…
#CSUNATC21 the accessibility overlay has been removed.
It was implemented without our approval.
The Conference does not endorse this product and we apologize for the situation, which has now been corrected.

Update! US Congress did *not* pass the flawed "Online Accessibility Act" linked in the tweet below. (Just updated my article.) Could be introduced in some form again, but for now it's off the table. @SHRM wrote about this development first: https://t.co/LJVC9TInEP #a11y
@abrightclearweb I gave up on that one. Just accepted I am not that coordinated to get past 50... or maybe just not committed enough. Mini games should be enjoyable.
@abrightclearweb I brought it up with them as well among other aspects so they can hopefully improve the experience for all webinars they host in the future.
