L1 visa is a backdoor scam, even worse than H1B. Big Indian companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and fake consultancies bring people to America on L1 visas and their wives on L2. There's no limit on how many they bring. No rules on wages. It completely bypasses H1B caps and fees.

This visa was only meant for true top bosses like Satya Nadella (Microsoft CEO) or Sundar Pichai (Google CEO). But for 30 years, companies have used it to bring ordinary low‑paid workers with families. They get fast green cards, then citizenship, then taxpayer benefits – and work 2‑3 jobs at the same time.

The result? Americans lose jobs, become homeless, families fall apart. Honest Indians also suffer because people start distrusting them. Close this loophole now.

What have I been telling you about The H1B Scam being the Manifestation of an Alien Invasion that is flooding into every Western Domain; in every Globalized Western Country?

Increasingly, people will move from labelling the analysis of this existential - and effectively centrally & ethnically originated - invasion as bigotry or "racism" (Indians aren't a race, but that doesn't stop people from calling objecting to the Legalization of Mass Ethic Invasions as "racism") - to jumping into the analysis themselves.

And they have - and will - continue to do this in a Reactionary, self-defeating way; which actually encourages & accelerates the problem. They will - being left-liberal but imagining themselves tolerant-liberal or moderate-conservative or libertarian (liberalism stripped of culture) - attempt to deny it's ethnic center in a cultural & religious group.

And so therefore attempt to exclude from the analysis the most of the actual group who comprise the Replacement Migration; by limiting it to people who currently hold visas (instead of the 4x larger group who already have American citizenship but continue act in an ethnically exclusive & self centered "-American" way).

And as a result also end up excluding "non-victimhood" targets like the High Paid Majority of H1B-Pipeline Immigration (which of course, also excludes 4 million or more people who are already permanent citizens via the H1B's "dual intent").

All of these efforts to "reform" or "fix" the problem have & will utterly fail; even before most of them have been tried. Because, as noted, they exclude the core problem from the analysis itself; due to the failed instincts and obsolete fake-idealisms that people insist upon applying to the problem.

Every single IT consultancy, staffing firm, IT solutions company, and body shop in New Jersey should be investigated. Fraud is endemic in these businesses. They are all over Middlesex and Somerset Counties. All Indian origin CEOs and former Cognizant employees leading these companies should come under scrutiny. We need the fraud eradicated and the fraudsters returned to their motherland.
