My fiancée's parents are stuck in Singapore due to cancelled flight. They're in the hotel that #AirNewZealand put them in (but stopped paying for), but no replacement flight, no comms, and we're getting worried that they'll miss our wedding. Please #AirNewZealand get them here!

We need a visa. To get a visa, we need a police certificate from Australia. For that, we need to send them fingerprints. So we post, pay extra for tracking and... it gets stuck in the Langley distribution depot for weeks. Cmon, @RoyalMail, you're supposed to be the reliable bit!
