@BSNLCorporate My telephone attached to FTTH connection is providing an irritating experience. Once the call connects speach is ON for maximum 1 minute, then mutes completely. I have made a similar complaint and BSNL asked to change my phone. With new phone same issue continues

@jaygohil13_ @BSNL_GJ Even I had paid around ₹140monthly for a dead landline connection I took a FTTH connection and merged the old landline number with the new one. FTTH seems good but don't know how long. Last month BSNL had charged an extra ₹250+gst which was nowhere in the plan tariff details.

@BSNLCorporate FTTH connection with 100GB Internet at ₹499+gst and a completely free telephone service now, after 5 months asking to pay ₹250+gst as one time payment towards telephone service. BSNL has given something which was not asked for and now asking us to pay for it.
