Basically, humans are autonomous. We are a part of nature and we are the only ones responsible for our behavior.

This LAPD officer was sexually assaulted by another cop. When she reported it to LAPD supervisors they refused to investigate.

Wildest part: one of the people she reported it to was HER HUSBAND. He was an Asst Chief. He did nothing.
