@MedCrisis Rosuvastatin plus aspirin. Treadmill exercise echo. If normal at high workload, continue OMT, lifestyle interventions and repeat CCT in a year. PS There is positive remodeling in this one, so high risk plaque. Is there any ISCHEMIA subgroup analysis addressing this issue?
