I’ve been trying to resolve an issue since yesterday, where I was incorrectly flagged as 'not present' at my address during delivery and I am currently being denied a refund. Every support channel has been a dead end. I have photographic proof of the courier at my door, along with the timestamp, yet I am either being ignored or receiving automated denials. This is super frustrating.
I would appreciate it if someone from the leadership or CX team could advise on how to proceed further. I'll provide the order number and details once I am contacted.
