@StoneacreMotors It isn’t an after sales concern her car was placed in your garage by her insurance company who have now said it’s gone on that long they have paid the costs so far and won’t pay anything else except you haven’t even started the work .

@StoneacreMotors is there any reason my friends accident damaged Mercedes’ has been in one of your garages for 20 weeks and not started ? Equipment not working , changing managers, complaint not acknowledged, further damage to frame discovered weeks later , abysmal service .

@StoneacreMotors Would this be any different to emailing a complaint which has been ignored. They brought in an engineer to start the work this week to find out that the machine (jig) now doesn’t even have the correct parts. This has gone on so long she has had to SORN the car.

@StoneacreMotors All while paying payments for a Mercedes’ and being given a Suzuki celerio courtesy car that the previous person crashed and has damaged all down the side. Absolutely unacceptable. She is young and has been essentially ignored for weeks on end.
