There seems to be an spam/scam ad that uses brand takeover feature to pretend that it’s an official TikTok feature and prevents users from scrolling past it or exiting out of it. It also uses a white background to hide the “ad” label

@bartwerf @timsoret clones don't get the first mover's advantage, and don’t necessarily get community support for that same reason. In that regards I think there's still space for indie dev.s I know id personally support an original idea over a copycat
