We have launched the #BasicEmergencyCare (BEC) Course across district hospitals and medicalized health centers. Supported by @RwandaHealth and @WHO, the initiative will strengthen emergency care skills and contribute evidence to the Acute Care Transformation (ACT) initiative.
On Monday, we marked the official welcome and start of induction for Cohort 3 students at @AHSU_Rwanda.

Message from Minister @nsanzimanasabin on the rise in malaria cases in some districts:
1. Mosquitoes are adaptingโthey now bite people outdoors.
2. Breeding sites are increasing due to human activities.
3. Malaria is treatable, but self-medication can lead to drug resistance.
What we can do:
- Eliminate stagnant water around our homes.
- Seek proper treatment at the first sign of symptoms and avoid self-medication.
Together, we can defeat malaria!
