कांग्रेस ने हामिद अंसारी को उप-राष्ट्रपति बनाया....श्रीमान राज्यसभा के चेयरमैन भी थे

वो हर रोज़ 12:00 बजे राज्यसभा की कार्यवाही बंद करके मस्जिद में नमाज पढ़ने और तक़रीर करने चले जाते थे

इससे तंग आकर बहन मायावती जी ने उनसे सीधा सवाल पूछा तो गिरयाने लगे
उस वक्त गोदी मीडिया में बैठे रबीश,बरखा, राजदीप और इनके जैसे लोगों ने चूँ तक नहीं की..सब ब्लैकआउट !

ऊपर से हामिद अंसारी जी ने मायावती जी के इस सवाल को लोकसभा/राज्यसभा TV में सीधा प्रसारण करने से भी रोक दिया गया था

बैंककर्मी हड़ताल नहीं, समाधान चाहते हैं। लंबे समय से लंबित पाँच-दिवसीय बैंकिंग सप्ताह और अन्य सेवा-संबंधी मांगों पर समयबद्ध एवं सकारात्मक निर्णय लिया जाए। बैंककर्मी देश की अर्थव्यवस्था के प्रति अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभाते रहे हैं और आगे भी निभाते रहेंगे।

हड़ताल की स्थिति के लिए बैंककर्मियों को दोषी न ठहराया जाए।

🏦 5-DAY BANKING: A LONG-PENDING DEMAND THAT DESERVES IMMEDIATE ACTION!

Bankers are the backbone of India’s financial system. We serve millions of customers, support businesses, implement government schemes, facilitate financial inclusion and keep the nation’s economy moving even beyond regular working hours.

Despite the commitment made under the 12th Bipartite Settlement dated 08.03.2024, the long-pending demand for 5-Day Banking remains unimplemented.

📌 Bankers deserve work-life balance.
📌 Time with family is not a luxury.
📌 A 5-day workweek is a legitimate demand not a favour!

With digital banking, UPI, ATMs and internet banking providing round-the-clock access to essential services, it is time to address this long-pending issue through meaningful action.

We appeal to @DFS_India, @FinMinIndia and @PMOIndia to intervene and ensure the early implementation of 5-Day Banking.

Enough waiting. Honour the commitment. Deliver #5DaysBankingNow !

🚨 अनिश्चितकालीन बैंक हड़ताल 🚨

बैंक कर्मचारी #5DaysBanking और Fair #PLI (Performance Linked Incentive) समेत कई मांगों को लेकर आंदोलन कर रहे हैं।

पिछले 2.5 साल से द्विपक्षीय समझौते पर साइन होने के बावजूद 5-Day Week को लटकाया जाना बैंक कर्मचारियों के लिए एक गंभीर मुद्दा बना हुआ है। इसी के विरोध में बैंक कर्मचारी चरणबद्ध तरीके से हड़ताल का रास्ता अपना रहे हैं ।

➡️ 28, 29 और 30 सितंबर — प्रस्तावित 3 दिवसीय हड़ताल
➡️ 26 अक्टूबर से — प्रस्तावित अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, 11 सितंबर की हड़ताल के दौरान देशभर में बैंकिंग सेवाएँ प्रभावित हुई थीं। देश भर में सड़कों पर हजारों बैंकर उतरे और विरोध दर्ज कराया , सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों के साथ कुछ निजी बैंकों में भी कामकाज प्रभावित होने की खबरें सामने आई थीं।

हालांकि, ATM, Mobile Banking, Net Banking, UPI जैसे अल्टरनेट चैनल सामान्यतः 24×7 उपलब्ध रहते हैं।

✊ यूनियन/एसोसिएशन के लिए स्ट्राइक अंतिम उपाय होता है।
बैंक कर्मचारी भी स्ट्राइक पर जाने को लेकर अपनी सैलरी का नुकसान उठाते हैं। इसलिए यह कहना उचित होगा कि स्ट्राइक किसी बैंकर का शौक नहीं, बल्कि अपनी मांगों के लिए उठाया गया अंतिम कदम है।

Every 24x7 banking service has a banker behind it and a family waiting at home. We agreed to the 5-day week in March 2024 and accepted longer weekday hours. The regulator, the insurer and the Government all work 5 days.

माननीय भारत सरकार, 🙏
बैंक सिर्फ इमारत और कंप्यूटर से नहीं चलते। उनके पीछे वे कर्मचारी और अधिकारी हैं जो हर दिन देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को गति देने में लगे रहते हैं।
बैंकरों की 5-दिवसीय बैंकिंग की मांग केवल दो छुट्टियों की मांग नहीं है। इसके पीछे बेहतर स्वास्थ्य, परिवार के साथ समय और संतुलित कार्य-जीवन की चिंता है।
जब बैंकिंग व्यवस्था को आधुनिक बनाया जा सकता है तो काम करने की व्यवस्था को भी समय के साथ क्यों नहीं बदला जा सकता?
देश की बैंकिंग व्यवस्था को मजबूत रखने वाले हाथों को भी थोड़ा संतुलित जीवन चाहिए।
