Why We Built This Exchange (And What We Refused to Compromise On)
There are enough platforms that confuse users, hide fees, or reward speed over safety.
We built this exchange because crypto deserves better.
✅ Transparent pricing
✅ Tools that explain, not overwhelm
✅ A product that works for first-timers and full-time traders alike
This isn’t another exchange. It’s the one we wished existed when we started.
And we’re just getting started.
I think it's time India starts a Ministry of Business Relationship and Industry Benefit Enablement, aka B.R.I.B.E,
Then for every activity, fix something called enablement fees, depending on the project value, potential etc.
Anyone wanting to start an industry or a company, can pay these charges directly to the ministry. If the amount is too big, they can even start an EMI scheme, where the fee can be paid in installments with special tie up with Bajaj Finance.
Once the payment is done, a mail gets triggered to all the responsible babus who then speed up work and move everything seamlessly.
And then at the end of the month, their share automatically gets deposited in their account, post GST deduction.
If they work more efficiently, a bonus too can be given.
All will be happy, including the entrepreneurs.
It's time we disrupt corruption.
#jiofiber@reliancejio@JioCare After taking money from the customers for 6 months or one year plan, Jio Fiber do not care for their customers issues. One just need to call four to five times in a day to listen one sentence, "Aap Ka Kam Ho Jayega". @TRAI
Please give a commitment to nation that wealth and inheritance would not be taxed. Capital gains, though is a 'passive' income, involves taking risk. Capital which takes risk needs to be rewarded with lower tax rates. Also peak individual tax rate should not be more than the peak corporate tax rate. This is extremely unfair to individuals and non corporate entities. Why seeking your commitment because:
1) both capital gains tax and STT should not coexist. It is unethical way of taxation. Unfortunately this government practices that.
2) peak individual tax rate is 39%, higher than peak corporate tax rate.
3) none of us can ever forget Hasmukh Adhia's statement that capital gains involves no efforts.
4) if my memory serves me right, once you spoke at BSE, passive income should not enjoy special privileges and need to be taxed on par with active income.
5) dividends get taxed though the income has already suffered taxes. At least dividends need to be taxed at lower rates.
6) after 2019 elections, finance minister presented one of the very worst budgets in the recent memory which spooked capital markets, entrepreneurs and wealth creators. Give surprises and not shocks in post election budget of 2024.
I've been your ardent supporter. But I would not to be able to call you tax payer friendly. Go behind corrupt. Reward wealth creators.

1 year ago, Microsoft terminated my SWE job.
These 3 ideas prepared me for this event:
𝟭. 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗴𝗴𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘁.
It’s best to diversify your income streams. If one of them fails, you still have others to rely on.
𝟮. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁
The knowledge and skills you accumulate over the years are worth much more than what any company can afford to pay you.
𝟯. 𝗔 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆
Time is the most valuable asset you have. You should also invest it in things that will pay you back exponentially in the future.
By realizing those 3 things, your mindset towards work, wealth, and investing in your future will dramatically change.
Now, those are good to know, but what can you actually do to be ready for layoffs?
You should think about layoffs not in terms of "if" they happen to you, but "when" they happen to you.
Tomorrow my newsletter will be all about the strategy I followed to be ready for the worst way before layoffs started.
I'll also share what I did next to not just survive but thrive in a post-Microsoft life, plus several pointers to resources I used along the way.

1/2 Distressing experience @Tesco just now. 10.50pm near Chancery Lane tube after a work event I receive a text to get a sandwich for my son’s packed lunch tomorrow. I see a store, think I’m in luck, but I can only *enter* the store if I download the app & sign up to club card.
This is so scary- I have to prepare for a future where I never eat out except at our wonderful road side illegal eateries- and pray they never discover anything other than UPI payments!!😱😱😱
