Hi @SmithersJason, just reading the article in the Chron about the resistance to the Billing Road cycle plan.
DO NOT water this down! Their "survey" is baloney, 1 guy counting vehicles!?! The reason there's so few bikes is because Billing Road is currently horrendous!
