The BBC compiled evidence that Israel has been deliberately sniping children in the head & chest.
*Over 60% of murdered children revealed this pattern of injury.*
You people lie like you breathe.
“They have stolen my harvest and taken everything from us they’ve left us with absolutely nothing. They’ve destroyed our identity.”
A Palestinian grandfather cries after Zionist settlers destroyed his olive groves and stole the olives in Tulkarem (West Bank).
I can't get enough of Andrey. As bright and as brave as they come. Wish there were thousands of like-minded Israelis like him, protecting Palestinians across the West Bank.
💡Ward Etiquette
You can’t ⛔️ control what happens during ward rounds, but you can ✅ control your ward coat.
Keep it clean and buttoned, with its pockets stocked with your pen, notebook, and your copy of Clerked.
Confidence starts with looking like you belong there.
Update: We have submitted in total 4 terabytes of Gaza footage, sourced from over 350 Palestinian journalists/medical staff, and multiple research teams.
It includes:
855,318 images
255,032 videos
32,101 HTML files to browse through them, and other related documents.

The archive is split into segments. Please help us 'seed' the torrents, torrents are a decentalizrd file sharing method that doesn't allow Israel to ever delete the files. If disk space is an issue, consider seeding just part of the archives.
Thank you to all those involved in collecting this footage, and all those who sacrificed their lives to get it out to the public.
All these files are accessible on ddosecrets website as well. Thanks to the team over there for helping us🫡
💡Gastroenterology Clerking Tip
Category: Emergency — Obstruction
When a patient says ‘I haven’t passed stool or flatus,’ that’s your cue to think of obstruction. Ask when it started and if they have vomited. Then document it fast and clear.
💡Patient Interaction Tip
If a patient’s answer confuses you, repeat it back gently, like ‘So the pain starts after you eat, right?’
Clarifying >>>>> assuming and consultants love that.
That’s where Clerked comes in🕺🏽
It doesn’t just provide space to document, it takes away the anxiety of what to ask next and how to arrange it, so your mind is free to reason clinically.
DM to get a copy @ N3000
After the rush, comes documenting🥲
Thankfully, you can use our workbook, Clerked, to arrange your documentation clearly and in order so your presentation makes sense too🕺🏽
Cardiology
Category: Emergency — Acute Chest Pain
Emergency clerking isn’t poetry. Ask when it started, where it goes (radiation), if there’s sweating, nausea and SOB. You can fill your Clerked page later, but in an emergency you stabilize first.
There are 1000+ unique cases to practice, and you get to chat with virtual patients just like you would in real life!
No pressure, no shaming, only gentle correction💕
During internal medicine rotation last year, I wished I could practice clerking as much as I wanted without disturbing the patients.
A week ago, @thisishauwa and I built Clerked Up, an interactive game for just that! Check it out here: https://t.co/gRWx1TxZ9U
