@excellent__s I reuse plastic bags instead of buying purpose made trash bags for the kitchen. I’m more than happy to pay my county bag tax but store employees never believe me when I specifically request plastic.

@MattZeitlin Thirty years ago when I studied in France it was the same, you literally had to beg for anything but fancy bottled water. Just returned from two weeks there and to my delight receiving a large carafe of tap water is default now.

@WashProbs As much as I love cheese, I don't understand what all the fuss is about concerning fresh mozzarella and burrata. Bland, insipid, really bad texture.
