@ianmiles I used to live in that area, and people get stuck in the mud at the bottom of those ponds, then drown.
You allow yourself to gently sink to touch the bottom, then propel yourself upward with your legs, only instead of going up, your legs sink into the mud, and you can't get out.
@xlr8harder@lexfridman Yud calling out the Bankless guys for asking multiple questions at once already had me thinking he’d lose his mind if Lex ever interviewed him. Curious to see how this goes
@erikahrens_ffm@KateArete@LowTtweets Not even saying he has, just that it’s conceivable that a person’s words on Twitter can lead to death (which ppl responding here seem oblivious to), especially when they have a huge reach and a knack for bringing out the worst in everyone.
@KateArete@LowTtweets I mean, social media can play a role. Doxxing to incite honor killings, genocide by coordinated misinfo campaigns in Myanmar, dangerous challenge videos (eg the “blackout challenge”).. Content moderation has real life implications which Elon affects, so it’s at least possible
in case you're new here, there is no advertising exodus. there is not even the hint of an advertising exodus. this is just what it looks like when the goal of every partisan hack and "misinformation expert" on the platform is to create an advertising exodus.
@telowery22 What is it precisely that would make one think aliens get redeemed by our Jesus and not, say, slugs or robots? We share like 70% of the same DNA as slugs and no one talks about what redemption looks like for them🤔
