@illyal Splendour’s demise coincides with Live Nation having control. If you put any line up from the mid 2010’s now and it’d be sold out. Cost of living isn’t to blame, people will pay money to see a good line up.

@LukeDennehy @Sandra_Sully @MonashUni Same at ACU. Plus police checks etc. Don’t forget those in teaching degrees have to pay to do the CASPAR test and LANTITE tests on top of doing unpaid teaching placements. It’s impossible for most unless they live at home and parents can afford to support.
