I like calm people. Who aren't loud just to be noticed. Who read deep books. Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, Nietzsche. Who can sit through a 2-hour documentary about aliens and actually enjoy it. Smart as fuck. Zero show-off energy. No performance. No drama. Just a calm vibe. They notice things. Think deeply. Talk less, understand more. The ones who stay low-key and private in a world obsessed with being seen. Those are my people.

The biggest and most common reason of failure is PERFECTION TRAP. Most people suffer from an illusion of perfection. For example, you decide you will wake up at 4 a.m. and study from 6 to 10. But if you fail to wake up at 4 and instead open your eyes at 7, you still have 3 good hours from 7 to 10 that could move you closer to excellence. Yet this is where most people, especially those with real potential, get trapped. Their obsession with perfection will not let them use what is left of the day. Instead of studying from 7 to 10, they feel guilty, curse themselves, and start planning the next “perfect” day on paper while completely wasting the one they actually have. Live like this for years and your whole life disappears in this loop. You could have reached excellence by consistently using the imperfect days you were given, but your craving for a flawless plan kept you stuck. The cruel joke is, perfection does not exist, nobody ever fully reaches it, and it never magically arrives one morning. It is an illusion that keeps you paralyzed while time quietly runs out. So stop waiting for perfect conditions. Work with what you have, in the state you are in, using whatever tools and time are available right now. That is how real progress is made. Everything else is bullshit.
DURING A JOB INTERVIEW, IF THEY ASK:
“WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU OVER OTHER CANDIDATES?”
I would say:
“I don’t assume I’m the smartest person in the room. But I know I’m one of the most reliable. Skills can be trained.
Experience can be gained. What’s harder to teach is ownership. If something has my name on it, it gets done properly.
You’re not just hiring talent , you’re hiring accountability. That’s what I bring.”
REALITIES OF LIFE:
1. Weak men hide behind morality.
2. Most advice is veiled self-interest.
3. Emotional people are easy to lead.
4. The one who listens learns leverage.
5. People confuse validation with love.
6. Every social group runs on hierarchy.
7. Never explain your ambition, show results.
8. Respect isn’t requested, it’s extracted through competence.
