@RogersHelps I never received an email to join the contest nor can I update my profile settings (the options are greyed out). The bot also will not reply every time I ask how to enable the promotional texts/emails😭 Please help!! I really wanted to join before this period ended
@umusic can you stop automatically taking me to the Canadian site?? your website breaks and doesn’t show what the artist links to (e.g., artist tour dates instead keeps showing me the Canadian merch site)

@WestJet If the new basic ("UltraBasic") fare doesn't include carry-on baggage, why would travellers choose to fly with you instead of Flair or Porter given their fares are cheaper for the same level of experience? Can you explain this business decision?
@WestJet Actually I guess Air Canada offers that "in-between" fare (flight w/ carry-on included), so I will have to book with them from now on for my regular domestic flights.
@WestJet The reason I chose to fly domestic with you instead of those budget airlines is because yours came with carry-on baggage. No other airline had the same "in-between" fare as you did, but now you're changing your offering to match the competing airlines. Except yours costs more.
@VuelaJetSMART Fix your site. You’re wasting customer AND employee time with check-in issues. I clicked the navy blue option for assigned random seats and you charge us $25k?! ALSO why do I have to switch the site to the booking country to check-in for a flight? WORST UX.
