Todayโs million dollar question coming out of a customer meeting -
Soโฆ is the agent just vibing, or is it actually following a plan?
AI strategy folks, in 2025.
@JustAnotherPM I think a lot of times it relies on the defined authority coming from the top of the organization. For example, the executives or founders decided that PMs can and should have authority without directly managing teams, then the PMs would basically have authority on each level.
Tried the #Bionic app and itโs decent! Copy and paste text, upload pdf files, or just drop the website URL into the app.
This would increase my e-reading efficiency. Might also force me to be more selective about what articles I read because of the additional steps needed.
@DIMI_Dieterle I am inclined to disagree on my own behalf. Reading is a great way to learn and gather information either before you take actions or while you are taking actions. I donโt see the necessary correlation between reading and afraid of taking actions here.
@chriscordry I use a sticky note for every day to-do list and notion for projects.
Crossing off all items on a sticky note and throwing it away feels so satisfying at the end of the day.
We have an hour long VIP calls EVERY WEEK where all PMs would sit in and listen.
Itโs so refreshing to see a team actually taking user feedback so seriously and consistently.
As a new member of the team, I feel instantly connected to my customers and their life.
@AshvathNar In my old companies we used to spend 1 month creating, modifying, and arguing about the OKR. When everything was finally aligned and approved, we would be half way into the quarter. Oh well.

@vilibic Might be hard for AI to truly replicate human creativity before we truly understand how our creativity actually works on a more fundamental level.
A book I recommend to all PMs - Build by #TonyFadell.
I specifically resonate with Chapter 2 when he talks about how sometimes being rigidly data-driven keeps us from innovation based on VISION. Sometimes it can be rooted in a FEAR of taking responsibility for big ideas.
