Very disappointed with @StandardBankZA I logged a query on 2 Sept and was told it would be resolved by 8 Sept. I received an SMS confirming it was resolved, only to find out it wasn’t. Follow-ups were promised but not done. Why communicate false information to customers?

@UberEats I sent a request to Uber Eats informing them that I did not receive my order. They responded, stating that the driver tried to contact me and left the order in a ‘secure place,’ which I am unaware of.

My phone was in my hand the entire time because I didn’t want to miss my order. I simply asked them to provide proof that the driver attempted to contact me. If they can show me this, I won’t request a refund.

I know that claiming from insurance can be quite a process, but claiming from @iwyze is truly exhausting 😴. I logged a claim for a small dent on October 1st, and I’m still waiting .....
