#CommunityEngagement: The Departments of Agricultural Engineering and Hospitality Management at RP–Musanze College conducted an outreach initiative at an ECD Centre in Nkotsi Sector, Musanze District, to support efforts in combating child malnutrition. Through the establishment of a kitchen garden and practical nutrition training, caregivers and community members were empowered with skills in vegetable production, balanced diet preparation using locally available foods, and healthy feeding practices.

This initiative contributes to improved child nutrition, enhanced wellbeing, and sustainable community development.

Yesterday, during the RP 9th Graduation Ceremony, the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister recognized the winners of the RP Skills Challenge 2026-Hackathon Edition.

Among the awardees were our graduates, NDIKUBWIMANA Eric and ISHIMWE Steven, who proudly emerged as winners of one of the six challenges. They excelled in the REG Industry Challenge, “AI-Based Solution to Fight Vandalism in Power Infrastructures,” and were officially recognized during the ceremony.
